Rutherford County teachers name student misbehavior as top concern, school board says

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — According to administrators at Rutherford County Schools, they are seeing a rise in student behavioral issues in the classroom.

“We’ve got to start taking schools back because we’ve lost control over them,” Rutherford County School Board Member Butch Vaughn said during a work session on Thursday, June 11.
