A Venice man facing two life felony charges at a jury trial currently set for Aug. 3 has been arrested on a third.
Craig Ruggiero, 53, 800 block of Ixora Circle, is charged with witness tampering to induce untrue testimony in an official investigation or proceeding. He’s in the Sarasota County Jail on bond of $500,000, scheduled for arraignment on July 2.
