STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — On most days, Edward Kahmann, 36, is moving from one thing to the next.
A meeting for the St. George Civic Association. A fundraiser for the Pride Center of Staten Island. Emails for his job at Lifestyles for the Disabled. A committee call connected to the Staten Island Zoo or Greenbelt Conservancy. Somewhere in between, maybe dinner with his fiancé, William, before the two start talking about their next trip out of town.
