A 19-year-old man and his 15-year-old brother have been arrested for attacking another man, one with a boat oar at Buffalo Point in Marion County last Saturday. Being held in the Marion County Detention Center is 19-year-old Francisco Bernabe Moreno of Maumelle. The 15-year-old male, whose name has not been released because he is a juvenile, has been transferred to a juvenile detention center in Benton County.
According to the probable cause affidavits from the National Park Service, the victim told park rangers he was attacked by the brothers. The attack happened after Moreno had pushed the victim’s girlfriend and the victim then pushed Moreno.
An altercation ensured and Moreno punched the victim and while he was on the ground, repeatedly kicking him until he surrendered…
