NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The entrance to North Little Rock’s William F. Laman Public Library was damaged in what authorities are calling an act of vandalism on Friday night.
A photo posted to the library’s Facebook page shows the glass door to the library shattered.
