BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. — One of Berkeley County’s largest healthcare investments in decades has reached a major milestone.
Roper St. Francis Healthcare announced Wednesday the completion of a three-year expansion project at Berkeley Hospital, a sweeping undertaking that doubled the hospital’s bed capacity, expanded critical services and added hundreds of healthcare jobs to one of South Carolina’s fastest-growing regions.
