COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — As the nation celebrates America’s 250th birthday, NBC4 is celebrating local heroes, entrepreneurs and changemakers. Jeni Britton is definitely one of those people.
Known for Jeni’s Ice Creams and her new venture, Floura, Britton has made a name for herself as an entrepreneur focused on quality and vision rather than quick profits.
“In America, and in Ohio specifically, anyone should be able to start where they are and build anything they can imagine,” Britton said. “So, it starts with imagination. It doesn’t start with education. It doesn’t start with a status. It does not start with money or those kinds of resources. It starts with imagination and creative vision for what you want to do.”…
