Police in Illinois said they are searching for whomever is responsible for abandoning a newborn baby boy in a parking lot after the infant was found alone in a car.
The Collinsville Police Department on Tuesday described the baby as Hispanic, adding that he was estimated to be about 1-week-old to 1-month-old. He was wearing an orange-and-white striped onesie with a small hat and secured in a green-and-black Evenflo car seat, according to authorities.
