CHATHAM, NY (WRGB) — A Red Hook woman was arrested for driving while 3 times over the legal limit of alcohol, and with a child in the car, in Columbia County, according to New York State Police (NYSP).
It happened on June 12, around 6:10 p.m., when NYSP in Chatham conducted a welfare check on the driver of a 2008 Hyundai at the East Chatham Xtra Mart on Route 295.
