Kim Kardashian attended Ariana Grande’s concert in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 13, showing enthusiastic support for the pop star during the Eternal Sunshine Tour. The 45-year-old reality star shared several clips of Grande’s performance on her Instagram story, praising the singer, who is 32. Notably, both Kardashian and Grande have previously dated comedian Pete Davidson, who recently ended a relationship with model Elsie Hewitt.
Kardashian was joined by former assistant Stephanie Shepherd, actress Emma Roberts-her co-star from Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story-and photographer Carlos Lopez. Meanwhile, Grande has been in the news following her split from Ethan Slater, her partner of three years and co-star in the musical Wicked.
In her posts, Kardashian affectionately referred to Grande as “my baby” while sharing videos of the singer performing hits like “7 Rings” and “twilight zone.” One striking moment captured featured Grande being lifted toward the ceiling as she sang “supernatural.” Kardashian, along with Shepherd and Roberts, was seen singing along during “we can’t be friends (wait for your love),” and she also reposted a video of herself and Lopez energetically enjoying “Break Free.”
Social media users noted Kardashian’s apparent nod to Davidson during the concert, referencing Grande’s “thank u, next” lyric “and for Pete I’m so thankful.” Kardashian and Davidson’s relationship began in late 2021 after she appeared on Saturday Night Live, lasting until August 2022.
During their time together, Davidson got several tattoos in tribute to Kardashian and her children, including the phrase “My girl is a lawyer” and the initials of her four kids. He also had “Kim” tattooed on his chest and symbols referencing their SNL “Aladdin” sketch.
Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kanye West, frequently targeted Davidson during their relationship. In the song “Eazy,” released shortly after Kardashian and Davidson began dating, West included a music video depicting a claymation figure of Davidson being kidnapped and buried.
The video ends with a message suggesting “everyone lived happily ever after except you know who,” with a crossed-out nickname for Davidson, followed by a “JK He’s Fine” disclaimer. The video debuted just one day after Kardashian was declared legally single by a Los Angeles judge.
