36-year-old man dies after being shot during apparent argument in Roseland late Saturday night, Chicago police say

CHICAGO — A 36-year-old man died after being shot during an apparent argument late Saturday night in Roseland on the city’s South Side, according to Chicago police.

Police say the man was outside in the 0-100 block of East 95th Street around 9:45 p.m. when he was approached by another man. An argument turned into a fight, police say, then the offender took out and gun and shot the victim in the body before fleeing north on foot toward E. 95th St.

The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead…
