A man out of Middletown is facing felony charges as he recovers from injuries sustained in a crash Saturday, June 13.
According to authorities from the Franklin Division of Police, officers were dispatched to a Speedway located on 1295 East Second Street. When they arrived, the vehicle fled the area, which led to a brief pursuit that was terminated once it became to dangerous to continue.
The driver of the vehicle traveled eastbound on East Second Street before continuing east on SR-73 and then north on SR-48.
