The Huntsville City Council will soon decide on a new ordinance designed to eliminate confusion over private vs. public parking.
Huntsville City Councilman Bill Kling introduced an ordinance at the June 11 meeting to make parking signage clearer and set other rules for private lots. Last year, an AL.com story outlined the issue with the private lots and the confusion created when violators received tickets.
