H&A Development LLC of Beech Island, S.C., and SAKSHI9 LLC of Keysville want to build 172 single-family homes on 55 acres off Peach Orchard Road in south Richmond County. They’ve filed a rezoning request. The Augusta Planning Commission reviews the proposal July 6.
The property sits at 4150 Peach Orchard Road near the intersection with Georgia Highway 88. It’s on the east side, right across from Hephzibah’s city limits.
John Henderson represents H&A Development LLC in the application. Nivra K. Shah owns SAKSHI9 LLC. H&A has a contract to purchase the land from SAKSHI9, according to an April letter from Cranston Engineering that came with the rezoning application…
