GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Vivant Brewery and Spirits plans to begin construction this summer on a project that will transform part of its former brewhouse into an event venue, now that the Grand Rapids Planning Commission has signed off on the request.
The project will repurpose about 3,500 square feet of former brewing and production space at Vivant, 925 Cherry St. SE, into a 150-person event venue capable of hosting wedding receptions, baby showers, corporate gatherings and other events.
