For more than 25 years, Leonard Louvierre has been where the people are.
That’s how long the restaurateur has been at the helm of Zea Rotisserie & Bar in Lafayette, which Louvierre opened at the turn of the millennium after 15 years as the beverage manager at the Cajundome. His decades of experience in the hospitality industry have given him a keen instinct for crafting a great night out — and also, he just really loves to be around folks who are enjoying themselves.
Zea Rotisserie & Bar at 235 Doucet Road recently unveiled a renovation that features a new bar area, expanded restaurant seating and additional dining and event space. The bar is the crown jewel, completely reoriented from its former narrow location in a corner of the restaurant.
