Man dies after two-vehicle crash in north Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) — A 62-year-old Wichita man died Sunday following a two-vehicle crash on the city’s north side. The crash happened around 2:55 p.m. in the 2700 block of West 21st Street North.

Wichita police said officers arrived at the scene and found the crash involving a silver Nissan and a black Infiniti.

The Wichita Fire Department pulled the 62-year-old man from the Nissan, and EMS began life-saving measures. The man was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and died from his injuries at 5:20 p.m.

The driver of the black Infiniti, a 78-year-old Wichita woman, and an 11-year-old boy were transported with with minor injuries. Another passenger, a 65-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital with severe but non-life-threatening injuries…
