Cool to start, mildly warm to finish Monday with highs in the 80s across the area. Spotty showers and storms pop up in the west this evening.
A couple of storms are possible in western Kansas today where a Marginal Risk is circled for hail and strong wind.
A few more spotty storms are possible this week as temperatures climb. Some could be severe in central to eastern Kansas on Wednesday.
Heat spikes close to 100 on Wednesday before returning to near average for the late week.
