Don’t judge the newest addition to Phillips Avenue by what you see when you walk in the door.
That’s the whole idea behind Black Watch, a concept from downtown business owners who also own Crawford’s Bar & Grill and Shenanigans Sports Bar & Grill.
It’s located in buildings owned by OdeCo at 202 and 204 S. Phillips Ave.
Walk into the northernmost space and you’ll find a small bar with some seating that this week will be filled with the business’ first collection of luxury watches.
