Broward County, Florida – Broward County’s World Cup celebration is not slowing down after its first big night in Sunrise. With one watch party already behind it, the county is preparing to host three more free public gatherings at Amerant Bank Arena, giving soccer fans in Greater Fort Lauderdale a place to watch the tournament together on a large stage.
The watch parties are being organized by Broward County in partnership with the Florida Panthers. The goal is simple: bring residents, visitors and families into one lively setting as international soccer takes over the summer. Admission is free. Parking is free. Fans can reserve up to six tickets for each event, making the arena a shared home base for friends, families and supporters of the world’s game.
The first event took place Friday, June 12, when fans gathered for the USA vs. Paraguay match at 9 p.m. Now, attention turns to the remaining schedule, which will carry the excitement deeper into the tournament…
