LONDON, Ky. — A Winchester man was arrested Sunday morning after deputies investigated an injury crash involving a vehicle reported stolen that damaged multiple properties in Laurel County.
Laurel County Sheriff John Root said Deputy Jay Smallwood arrested Logan Keith Martin, 29, of Winchester, at approximately 8:31 a.m. on June 14, 2026.
