ELLABELL, Ga. (WTOC) – Scannell Properties is moving forward with plans to develop Ridgeway Logistics Park, a large-scale industrial project located across from the Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant in Ellabell.
The development will be built on a 335-acre site adjacent to the future Interstate 16 interchange, which is expected to be completed in 2027.
