EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso-based restaurant Elemi has earned a spot on Texas Monthly’s list of the 25 best new or improved restaurants in Texas, adding another milestone for owners and co-founders Emiliano and Kristal Marentes.
The recognition comes as the couple continues to expand their culinary footprint across the Borderland.
