Fort Collins says goodbye to 1 restaurant, gets 2 new spots

As Fort Collins passes the midpoint of June, the city’s food and drink scene continues to change, with a mix of new openings, the notable closure of Inca Mexican Restaurant and fresh concepts on the horizon.

Recent additions to the area include Pure Green and Kava Luv Social Lounge, bringing smoothies, bowls and other refreshing offerings just in time for summer. Looking ahead, restaurants such as Jing Dumpling & Dim Sum and Rin Sushi are set to add even more variety to the local dining landscape.
