Substance use recovery residence says its treatment is a first for Colorado Springs

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and Southern Colorado has a new tool for men in substance use recovery. Recovery Nexus opened in March and the founders said it’s the first program of its kind in Colorado Springs.

Recovery Nexus was created by a group of men who said they went through the recovery process and got sober themselves more than a decade ago. They said their new facility near Fox Run Regional Park is the program they wish they had access to back then.
