U.S. Attorney: Lehigh Valley man accused of defrauding government, local car dealerships sentenced to 76 months

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – A Lehigh Valley man has been sentenced to 76 months in prison for defrauding the federal government and multiple local car dealerships.

United States Attorney David Metcalf announced Tuesday that Justin Heimbach, 34, of Bath, was sentenced to a little over three years in prison, three years of supervised release, and $598,257 in restitution for schemes to defraud the federal government and multiple local car dealerships.

The U.S. Attorney says Heimbach was charged by indictment in August 2024 and pleaded guilty in February of this year to six counts of mail fraud and four counts of wire fraud…
