Asian meets Southwestern with the sushi burrito at Taichi Bubble Tea

One menu item was enough to pique plenty of interest in the new restaurant on Bobby Jones Expressway, Taichi Bubble Tea. That item was the sushi burrito.

Sarah Dong, who owns and operates the newly opened Taichi Bubble Tea with her husband Long He, said a sushi burrito is a mixture of traditional fresh sushi ingredients wrapped like a burrito in Nori Seaweed sheets. It’s eaten with your hands like a traditional Southwestern burrito is eaten.

At Taichi, diners pick all the ingredients for each burrito, poke rice bowl, or salad they want. There are a lot of choices, both raw and cooked. Diners get an easy menu to pick their ingredients from several categories…
