Man waiting for grandson to finish shopping has gun pulled on him in parking lot

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) — A parking lot dispute at a Mount Pleasant Walmart ended Monday when an unidentified man pulled a gun on another person who was waiting for their grandson to finish shopping.

According to an incident report from the Mount Pleasant Police Department, officers were called to North Highway 17 after a 911 caller stated a man had pointed a firearm at him in the parking lot. At the scene, officers found the caller parked in front of the Five Below, where he said he had been when the incident occurred.

He told police that while waiting for his grandson to come back from Five Below, a white male who looked to be in his mid-60s pulled up, yelling profanities and demanding him to move because he was parked the wrong way, according to the incident report…
