Grand Rapids man gets prison time for hanging dog from bridge

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A Grand Rapids man will spend at least one year behind bars after pleading guilty to killing a dog by hanging him from a bridge and abandoning another dog nearby.
