Report: Floyd Mayweather faces charges for passing bad check

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather reportedly faces two felony charges after bouncing a check to purchase a $200,000 watch in Las Vegas.

ESPN reports there was a court hearing on Monday in Clark County. Mayweather did not attend, but was represented by a lawyer. He was charged with two felonies: theft of $100,000 or greater and passing a check with intent to defraud $1,200 or greater…
