A Memphis-area Mexican chain is stirring excitement in Cordova residents with a hankering for tacos-on-the-go. Taco-n-ganas has announced that it will be opening its first drive-thru location in the neighborhood in the near future.
Locals will be able to get their taco fixes at 8079 Trinity Road in the space that previously housed Back Yard Burgers. This will be Taco-n-ganas’s second Cordova storefront.
The restaurant announced its next home (and company first) via social media post yesterday; while the announcement did promise a grand opening is “coming soon”, it did not provide a precise date.
