HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A fan of the Mexican soccer league was arrested on Monday after he allegedly led Horizon police on a dangerous car chase after they tried to pull him over for speeding.
According to the Horizon City Police Department, Luis Angel Castro, 20, seen in the mugshot wearing what looks to be a Mexico soccer jersey, was arrested Monday afternoon at the 14000 block of Paseo Del Este Drive, following a police chase after officers tried to pull him over for driving 66 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone.
HCPD said officers spotted Castro driving fast on Eastlake Boulevard, and when they tried to pull him over, he allegedly stepped on it to outrun them…
