CEDARBURG, Wis. (WBAY) – A family-owned private equity firm in Illinois is buying Cedar Crest Ice Cream, a company well-known in Northeast Wisconsin.
Hoffmann Family of Companies announced it’s acquiring Cedar Crest’s broad portfolio of frozen desserts, including more than 80 ice cream flavors, custards, sherbets and sorbets.
