ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) voted Tuesday to send a locally preferred alternative, or LPA, to the Board of Directors.
The EWG group is not leading this project, they have just been asked to endorse it. If voted yes by the board, this would allow the project to qualify further for federal grant funding.
