The most expensive residential sale for the week of May 25 was $2.5 million for a house in south Sioux Falls.
The 7,100-square-foot house was built in 2008 on a 1-acre lot on the northwest section of the Prairie Hills neighborhood. It has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Features include a theater room that seats 20, four fireplaces, an outdoor fireplace and an in-ground pool.
