TROY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Police say the victim of a deadly stabbing downtown on June 13 was Sammy A. Vielle from Troy.
The homicide happened in the area of Fulton Street and Fifth Avenue, about two blocks from the Troy Police headquarters around 3:30 a.m. Three men have been charged in connection with the homicide.
Police said Vielle was kicked, punched and stabbed during a fight with the three suspects…
