CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Police officers arrested a man in possession of two guns and multiple suspected narcotics last week.
According to the release, on June 11 at about 7:58 p.m., officers assigned to the Fourth District responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 3700 block of East 53rd Street.
