Bath man sentenced for COVID relief fraud, bad check scheme that netted $600K

A Bath man was sentenced to six years and four months in prison for filing false COVID-19 relief claims on behalf of former employees.

Justin C. Heimbach, 33, also defrauded multiple car dealerships by writing bad checks, prosecutors said.
