ANN ARBOR, MI — A new neighborhood retail spot is coming to South Main Street in Ann Arbor.
A market called Sage’s Grocery has signed a lease with Wickfield Properties to be the first tenant in a new ground-floor space at The Point, an upscale apartment building at the southwest corner of Main and Madison streets.
It’s at the edge of the Old West Side neighborhood, just a few doors down from the Washtenaw Dairy.
