Overnight, a car crashed into a daycare in Cleveland near Garfield Heights. Now, the owner is calling on city leaders to make changes she says could prevent something like this from happening again.
“We wanted [to] give pillar to the community somewhere that people can bring their children and love and nurture,” said Dr. Zayna Durrah-Makupson.
