High end apartments come with many benefits but a fair share of drawbacks too as one woman on TikTok discovered after she left her car for a minute only to come back and find her wheels getting clamped for parking where she shouldn’t have.
Parking in such apartment complexes can be a headache at times. Kristin Vitt posted a video “crashing out” after her car was booted for temporarily being parked where it shouldn’t have been. “If I could tell you anywhere not to live it’s my f—ing apartment complex,” she states, showing the clamps on two of her car wheels.
“So obviously they double booted my car,” she continues, adding context to the situation, She explained that she paid for a parking space in the carpark for her apartment but it required a key to get in. Upon returning home she realized she had left the key in her apartment, which was on the ground floor, so she pulled up and quickly went into her home to retrieve it. She claimed she was inside for 60 seconds but in that time someone had already come along and was in the process of booting her car.
“They’re sick f—s, I swear they contract out with this booting company and they hide in the bushes or some s–t,” she complains. She then got into a minor confrontation with the man booting her car where she admits to calling him a “loser” as he continued to carry out his work. “I pay to live here, I pay to park here,” Kristin states.
TikTok agrees with Kristin
This isn’t even the first time her car has been booted by the company that works for her complex as she claims they also booted her car the day she was signing her lease to move in to her apartment…
