COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — The State Attorney’s Office chose not to file charges against Andrew Sheets, 61, after he was accused of recording people illegally in a bathroom at the Naples Pride festival held at Cambier Park on April 18.
According to the Collier County Clerk of Courts’ website, the document was filed on June 11, and the State Attorney’s Office cited “insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.”
