Bar Brucato, the amaro-driven restaurant perched above Brucato Spirits in San Francisco’s Mission District, is calling last call after service on Saturday, June 20. The tasting-room-turned-restaurant, which debuted in spring 2025, quickly drew a following for its detailed amaro flights and a seasonal California menu with a distinctly Italian lean. The owners say they are stepping back to rebalance their time between the restaurant and the distillery and to spend more of it with family.
Co-owner Sierra Clark told her team on Tuesday that she teared up and urged staff to recognize what an incredible thing we built and move on, as reported by The San Francisco Standard.
