MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The man charged in the death of 45-year-old Vincent Torres in a drive-by shooting has been sentenced to 25 years.
Christian Jackson, 32, was charged with first-degree reckless homicide after prosecutors say he shot towards Torres from a moving car near 11th and Lapham on June 4, 2025.
