The 2026 Greeley Stampede is quickly approaching, and it is easily one of our favorite events in Northern Colorado all year long. Concerts, rodeos, and fun are all a part of the Greeley Stampede. However, there are some things you need to know before you head into the grounds of the Greeley Stampede.
Here is a quick rundown of things you need and things you should leave at home before you scan a ticket to get into the Greeley Stampede.
Greeley Stampede: Know Before You Go
There is a Clear Bag policy on the grounds of the Greeley Stampede. This means visitors can bring in a clear bag no larger than 12x12x16, a one-gallon-size clear freezer bag, a small clutch no larger than 6.5×4.5×3 inches, or a clear Greeley Stampede bag.
Backpacks, clear backpacks, tinted, mesh, or printed plastic bags, tote bags, camera bags, and large purses are not permitted on the grounds.
Water Bottles
Guests are allowed to bring in one 20-ounce or smaller sealed water bottle. Non-glass empty water bottles are permitted and can be refilled at one of the many water fountains at the Greeley Stampede.
Digital IDs Not Accepted For Alcohol Purchases
If you plan on having an adult beverage at the Greeley Stampede, be sure to bring your physical government-issued identification. Digital IDs will not be accepted as a form of age verification to purchase alcohol.
