The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa announced on Wednesday, June 17, that charges have been filed in the case of a missing Sioux Falls child who was found dead near Brookings, South Dakota, three months ago.
A press conference to announce as such will be held the morning of Thursday, June 18, in Sioux City, Iowa.
In a statewide media advisory, U.S. States Attorney Leif Olson said he will be joined by Ron Parsons, U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota; Sioux Falls Police Chief Jon Thum; and Mike Hockett, special agent in charge of the S.D.
