UPDATE 10:30 AM – There is currently a Tornado watch in effect until 3pm for much of Upstate, Central and Western NY.
We have had a strong of really nice days around the Capital Region but all good things must come to an end. The possibility of sever weather is on the way for us on Thursday, but it’s nothing that we haven’t dealt with before. Just be aware of these conditions before you head out for the day, and if you’re traveling you may want to plan ahead to avoid any delays.
What to expect:
The threat of thunderstorms is possible for Thursday. The Capital Region and Hudson Valley remain at a slight risk for these. The early morning is when we could see some rain, but the afternoon is when thunderstorms could come into play. However the wind is the biggest threat right now.
