ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A Swannanoa man already facing multiple indecent exposure charges now faces several felony charges after police say he exposed himself in front of three children.
According to the Asheville Police Department, 44-year-old Michael Murphy Jr. was previously charged with five counts of indecent exposure stemming from an incident on May 27 in downtown Asheville. Investigators say additional victims later came forward, leading to new charges.
