GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) – A local animal rescue is fighting to find a new home amid a lengthy zoning violation battle with Gadsden County.
Champs Chance owner Alicia Bopp said she received a letter from the county last week saying she has until the end of June to cease and desist all operations.
