GARDEN CITY (WWJ) — A Wayne County jury has found a Livonia man not guilty of attempted murder in the shooting of two men at Rockstarz bar on New Year’s Day.
The verdict in favor of 30-year old Brian Lindsay was announced on Wednesday, clearing him of criminal wrongdoing in connection with a parking lot confrontation, early in the morning of Jan. 1, 2026.
According to investigators. Lindsay shot 55-year-old Dennis Kewin and his son, 22-year-old Brendan Kewin, during a fight over a parking spot outside the bar, on Ford Rd. in Garden City…
